How to Apply

You can apply online through Neighborly. If you need help, our eligibility specialist can help by phone, email, or in person.

Step 1: Sign up

Create an account on Neighborly. If you do not receive an authentication email, check your spam email folder. Contact us if you need a paper application.

Step 2: Select the application

Select the home repair program you are applying for. You may apply for multiple programs, but each has different eligibility requirements.

Step 3: Name the application

Type your Last name, then your First name. It's okay if you make a mistake, we can always fix it later.

You can add a family member, landlord, or community organization that is helping you apply.

Step 4: Fill out the application

The application has five sections. Try to answer every question. Make sure the contact information is correct. That is how we will let you know if we can help!

Step 5: Stay connected

We will contact you to gather final documentation or reach out if you application is incomplete.
